SmashTunes lets you control iTunes and Spotify from the menu bar. It displays the currently playing song right on your menu bar along with other information that you choose (like artist, album, duration, rating).
Thanks to Background Music, you can automatically pause your music, set individual apps’ volumes and record system audio. Background Music can even pause your music player app when other audio starts playing. The idea is that when you’re listening to music and pause it to watch a video you always forget to unpause it.
Mojave has a nice dark theme, but to change it you need to go click trough multiple screens to change the theme. Darksome lets you switch with a mouse click.
CashNotify lets you monitor your Stripe and Paypal accounts. All data comes straight from Stripe or PayPal to your menu bar.
Use Thyme to keep a record on how much time you spend on your tasks such as work or study, as well as anything else that requires a timer.
